I found out that it may be possible to replace egg in recipes that use it, with blood. Can anyone test this out to verify if this is true? Pancakes, cookies, cake, anything that uses egg apparently works.(other than omelettes or actual egg recipes, so don't get smart)

Actually yes, with a caveat, you need to soak flax seed in blood if you want to use it for eggs. Same as you would soak it in water to use flax seed instead of eggs. Be cautious with the dish, when cooked it will have a rich brown color and, if it's a raw dish, you will get a deep crimson tint that oxidizes to rust brown later.The flavor may also be off-putting to "mortals." You wouldn't want to do it in pancakes or custard for non vampire guests.

The function of egg in things like that is to hold it together, I can see how what wolf said might work. I didn't think to try it.
