Spoon Bending
1. Pick out a spoon (note: other metal things like forks, keys, etc. will work too)
2. Find somewhere quiet, away from noise and other distractions.
3. Sit down, relax, and hold the spoon/object however you feel is best.
4. Once you close your eyes, clear your mind and focus.
5. With your eyes still closed, slowly and gently rub your fingers over the spoon.
6. Feel the surface of the spoon and focus on feeling the spoon's energy, atoms, molecules (but do this without thinking about it too hard).
7. Feel the energy of the spoon and blend your energy with the spoon (become a "part" of it).
8. Imagine the atoms in the spoon and the atoms in your fingertips becoming one.
9. Imagine that your energy and the spoon's energy is melting into liquid.
10. The spoon should begin to butter-like (if you're doing it right) and you'll feel the energy/warmth on the metal.
11. Once you feel this, bend the spoon. Remember, do NOT apply any physical force to the spoon. The point of this is to test your mind's strength, not your physical strength.
Note:
- If it doesn't work the first time don't worry. It can take multiple times of practicing before you get it to bend.
-If the spoon breaks in half that means you did it wrong.
Anyway, here's a few pictures of the very first spoon I bent ( I apologize for the poor quality) when I was 13. I didn't do much to this one but bend the top part of it (but if you're just beginning I recommend you start out with something simple like that). Again, don't worry if it doesn't work immediately (sometimes it doesn't). The time it takes to work varies with each person (it might be faster for some and slower with others). Be patient.

Note: This is spoon just ONE example of how to bend your spoon, you can bend it in different parts/ways you want. There are many other cool/interesting parts bend it in (but that's up to you).
Also if you have/do get it to bend you can post pictures in here (if you want to)
