Sensing energy, auras, and balls.

Can someone give me a decent rundown of any of this? I've given the entire website several run downs, and still can't understand much of it.

Mostly the sensing energy part, as I've always had a pretty decent aura sense for other people.

For example, I have A.D.D. so my mind is hard to clear to meditate, or try "seeing" energy, and I also don't know what to look for; something cold and air-like, warm and light, dark and smoky? 

also, this part isn't related, but could also be answered if wanted. 
Does the idea of "Chakras" play a role here?
Does the idea of fate exist to you all?
Does the idea of luck exist to you all? (mostly this last one, as I am one of the luckiest people alive.)

Chakra's are bullshit, they don't exist, attempts at trying to see any will only work against you by frustrating you when you fail to see one. The thing about projecting and receiving hands is also inaccurate , any part of your body can rdraw or send energy. There is a book called "you are psychic" that is great for learning to see auras, and the writer of it doesn't waste space on fluff. Fate, yes for some, and I also believe that some people are just really lucky while for others it is like their whole life is sabotaged.
