Hey i was just wondering I have been trying to see my own Aura/Energy well from my arm anyways due to the lack of a mirror that i can get comfy in front. And i was wondering so fare after the whole day of trail and error all i have been able to see was a small grey outline that kinda looks like smoke and every now and then it would get thicker and more dark almost black. I was more less wondering if what i was seeing was really Aura/Energy at this point? Or it was just my eyes starting to get over used from doing this non stop. And if its not is there any other tips or tricks that your guys may have for me. This is being harder then Reading people or making ripples in a Bowl of calm water, Or even Projecting. Which at first i though those would be harder But have been able to do those without effort Since i was in my late teens. Aura is something new though.
