Rare Steaks, Beef Jerky, Animal Blood (not all check the how to get blood section), and from what I know if you haven't fed in a really long time you need lots (more than the usual) of animal blood or human blood to satisfy you. I may be wrong. www.vampirewebsite.net/gettingblood.html

I read the link provided for how to get blood on the website and it is extremely helpful. I would love to try Lamb blood and when I read the lamb section with the lamb leg, I am a bit confused. Do I cook it like how I cook the steak? How would I prepare the lamb leg to get the blood? Also the same with Bison too..how would I prepare that and still get the blood? Please advise. Thank you for your time.

In the how to get blood page Steve meant blood as it is like without cooking the lamb or whatever animal he was talking about. Ive had blood especially beef without cooking before nothing happened to me. Though I'd say cooking is the safer option.

Judging from how it is made I heard blood meal is an option. Because all it is, is dried cows blood. If they’re any other ingredients to it I would not do it. But that’s what I heard.
