Slayers and where to find them

Hey... I am Sonny... I was curious about becoming a slayer... I just don't know where to start... My affinity is air(born in june)... I can do aerokinesis(tried pyrokinesis but it's hard shit man) and basic energy constructs... I'm 15(soon 16)...  I would like to know if there is somebody who can give me more info on slayers or who to contact to become one...Pls don't tell to go back to the site(it just says they have strong but also very flexible aura and that they are quite strong)...(side question: I have no problem seeing aura around people but it all looks the same how do i start seeing actual colors)...
