Is it true that non-vamps can have the ring around their iris? Is there a difference between infected vamps or is it a born only thing? whats all this talk about a color on the outside of the pupil? how in the name of god would that even work?

Do you have to have the ring around your iris to be a real vampire?

Yes do you mean central heterochromia with a ring around the iris technically making the iris 3 colors? Or do you mean a dark ring around the iris with a noticeably different iris?
