I am practicing shape-shifting. I just have it in me I guess, I don't know anything about it and why only some people can do it I really have no idea. That is why I have been silent about it. I am not saying I can do it but I am trying. I have come so far, it's not easy sometimes it hurts my face, jaws, hands, fingers, back and shoulders. Toes and ears feel weird along with teeth sometimes and this one time I felt really weird in my forehead. I can't explain the feeling sorry. I haven't changed yet and I don't know if I will ever. But yeah, from as far as I have come I can tell you it is real.

Forgot to mention I am focusing on shape-shifting into a wolf. I don't know if people can shape-shift into other animals but Steve I think mentioned he has seen people shift into other animals like jaguars I am not sure I forgot.

Amazing! That's wonderful, how much pain though? because i am worried for your safety now. Also is it easier to change to something or back, or same?

I am not sure but changing back is obviously going to be easier than changing in the first place at all

It's like aching pain from the inside like on the bones. For me at least, on the ears it's more of a weird feeling like on the corners. I can feel it growing kind of, people have commented sometimes that I have weird elf like ears (I was born like this they don't have the folds on the edges so it looks like an elf or animal ears ). It's not that noticeable thank god. Also on my toes and tips of fingers. Other than toes, fingers and ears the rest is real pain like it actually hurts but not that much it's more of an aching on the inside. This one time however, I had a horrible pain all over my face like a sinus except I wasn't having a sinus for like two whole days I couldn't go to school.

No pain, but serious discomfort to those who try and only partially do it.

I don't know how to explain it, I just get into a trance like state not like meditating or anything just on the spot and I imagine the wolf in my head kind of. Then the discomfort as Steve mentions starts. It's like I mentally become the animal first like you are aware of your surroundings. I usually stop after a while. I haven't really done it for long, the one time I had the patience to try that I felt like my forehead was changing but I stopped. I should practice more maybe.

maybe something less obvious than the face? atleast initially. an arm or leg is easier to hide (or maybe im thinking too much)

whoops forgot to put the message, its not the existance that i have problem with. Its visual contact, these guys have to exist. but the problem is they are like us. Hidden or hiding. I have a friend who is a werewolf. He is very nice and I, a possible vampire, would kill to keep him alive because he's my best friend. Tell me, are you certain you haven't seen one?

No one is a werewolf unless you've seen them physically shift with your own eyes. Can't believe someone is one if they just say so.
