I'm a little late, but hello! I awakened earlier this month, and I like to draw and write. But it's nice to know you cook. I was trying to look up recipes that included blood, but came up short. As an American, it's a little hard for me to find blood sausage/black pudding, so it'd be great if you could maybe add a recipe to the feeding thread? I'd appreciate it. But really, welcome to the forum!

Nice to meet you, too. Do Asian markets keep blood heavy ingredients of have interesting recipes?

Well, I know they have many interesting foods, especially fresh seafood but I really don't know if fish have enough blood or what, I don't eat seafood so I don't really know, but aside from that, an Asian supermarket seams like the most likely place to get food with fresh blood

Yes, if you want the freshest and bloodiest meats I definitely would start by looking there especially because they sell the yummy parts like the heart. As for interesting recipes a lot have raw meat or blood. Tiết canh or duck blood soup is pretty delicious
